The numbers are illustrations
The hour ranges attached to each service, the cost calculator, the automation savings and the salary comparisons are all modelled rather than measured. They exist to give you a sense of scale before a conversation, not to price your project.
Where a figure comes from somewhere specific — published salary benchmarks, statutory employer contribution rates — the source and the date are named on the page itself so you can check our arithmetic. Your numbers will be different. Scope, existing estate, data volume, regulatory load and how much of the groundwork is already done all move them, sometimes by a lot.
The film is fiction
The two-sided Tuesday sequence is a dramatisation. The firms in it do not exist, the ticket numbers are invented, and the figures that tick upward on screen are there to make a point about compounding interruption. Nothing in it depicts a real client, a real outage, or a real person.
Past work is not a forecast
Where we describe an engagement that actually happened, it is described in general terms and with the client’s identifying details left out. It is offered as an example of the kind of work we do and roughly what it took. It is not a promise that similar work will take the same time, cost the same, or produce the same result for you.
Certifications, clearances and vendors
Certifications and security clearances listed on this site are held by members of the team and were current when the page was last updated. A clearance indicates eligibility to work on engagements that require it; it is not a statement about any particular contract, past or present.
Vendor and product names appear because those are the platforms we work in. They do not indicate a partnership, reseller relationship, endorsement or certification by that vendor unless we say so in plain words.
Nothing here is professional advice
This site is not legal, financial, accounting, insurance or compliance advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for it. Security and compliance in particular turn on facts specific to your organisation — what you hold, who regulates you, what you have contracted to do. Read anything here as a starting point for that conversation rather than a conclusion to it.
